America is struggling
to find its way forward and out of the swamp. Americans are starting to talk about our myriad problems only to discover that “Talk does not change minds“. Thus, it does not change our votes nor our governments. Talk is too much in the HEAD and not in the HEART.
All this Talk is Futile
Deep inner change does not spring from scholarly intellectual discourse. An abundance of books and endless chatter have not brought us closer to our needs for fundamental change which is required in the modern world. Indeed, all this talk tends toward more divisiveness.
What kind of change will bring us together?
People change in three basic ways as follows:
-
.. Early Childhood teachings.
-
.. Life Experiences.
-
.. Having a Strong Desire to Learn/Know/and Grow.
Early Childhood teachings are the superior way to achieve lasting core benefits within our adult populations. An improved cultural environment depends upon better childhood education for all. We must start early.
What we teach must change also. Social skills will be more important than some of the academics formerly required. A properly socialized child will value a greater diversity and the interdependence of everything and everyone. A loving heart has no room for hate.
Our educators must learn ways to better teach the social skills needed in the adult society where we all have heart-felt love and empathy for the other and become better stewards of our Earth.
Children can be taught
and
We must find a way
to
Teach Now for a Better Tomorrow
Adult Talk seldom reaches the Heart. … Yet, the Heart is the Source of Change. … The Child’s Heart is Open and Available.
