LABELS DO NOT DESCRIBE PEOPLE.
Racism is deeply imbedded into the culture of America, but it need not be so. The media shares much of the blame for fanning the racial flames. The media has no interest in solving our problems when it is just so much easier to continue our culture and traditions, entrenched racist traditions. They know about “Divide and Conquer”, the proven strategy of the system. But why “Rock the Boat” at your own peril. Change takes effort and the political will for change is not yet present.
It will be up to the GRASSROOTS to change the course of history.
Population trends say that by the year 2045, the white race will become a minority in America. Yes, that may be true but it is stated as a future calamity that needs attention. Why does the media say it that way when they can say it more constructively, such as, “ America’s dream of being a melting pot will become true”. They could better say a melding of cultures rather than of races. We are all Americans. Culture and early upbringing are the important qualities that distinguish people, not their race.
Think of the harmful effect of racial talk upon our children and how the word “Culture” is better and more informative. Cultural differences is where the real gap exists. Racially, all humans are essentially the same; It is the culture that mainly separates the world populations.
LET US STOP PUTTING LABELS (such as race) ON HUMAN BEINGS.
Do you want to be labelled? … I do not!
It is time to stop identifying one’s race on written forms.
Racism in America has long been part of the policy of some leaders to Divide and Conquer. It has always been successful. … Let us change this status-quo.
